Country View Construction is an award winning builder of new homes and recipient of the 2004 Premier Home Award.  We build custom homes in a variety of styles and price ranges; our packages generally start around $300,000.  We can build a home from your plans or design a home for you.  Customers seek us to build their homes because the Country View Construction name has been associated with long term pride of ownership and confidence in the quality standard we have established for our homes. 

With his hands on construction experience, Brent is able to discern the difference between work that is mediocre or poor versus work that is excellent.  This experience allows us to build homes of superior quality.  Many contractors have no hands on construction experience and they are unable to identify problems or poor quality.  Other contractors are so far removed from the field that they are seldom on a job site.  

Sonja has created several systems to make the process of a large construction project more organized and less frustrating for customers.   Selections, reconciliation of allowances, and contracts are well organized and easy to understand.

     

We use our own crew of staff carpenters to complete our framing, trim and many other tasks, depending on schedule and size of the project.  This allows us to keep the quality of work extraordinarily high.
